Fat Burning Furnace by Rob Poulos eBook Review
Overview
Rob Poulos, a fitness and nutrition expert has put together a 158 page ebook on how to lose fat and gain lean muscle called the Fat Burning Furnace. The title comes from transforming your body into its own fat burning machine by raising your resting metabolic rate (RMR) so that you can burn hundreds more calories each day even if you don’t change you eating habits. More than 100, 000 people have gone through the system, and the vast majority of consumer reviews are very positive.
The ebook is broken down into 3 sections:
- Short section on how the system can work for you
- Detailed exercise section
- Covers suggested nutrition for fat loss
Exercise
Rob Poulos is all about short workouts, and does not focus on cardiovascular workous. His workouts typically involve weights only and can be easily completed in as just 20 – 25 minutes a day, 3 times per week.
The primary focal points of the system are to perform full body workouts of specific exercises that raise your resting metabolic rate. What this entails is doing the exercises slowly and with the proper form to get the most out of each repetition and to concentrate on exhausting the muscles. This will turn make your body crave energy, and as such your fat storage in your waist and abdomen will get targeted and slim out.

Nutrition
The system talks about proper nutrition for over 35 pages and explains the ideal foods for fat loss. He goes into detail on why he doesn’t recommend fad diets, and outlines a simple solution for how to monitor your calorie intake and provide your body the necessary nutrition. He explains many of the misconceptions about nutrition and gives his honest professional about them (for example: the reason why people gain lots of weight after a conventional diet).
Fat Burning Furnace Review – The Good & The Bad:
Pros
• Well written and researched
• Explains why exercise is so important, and shows you how to get the most out of your time working out
• Detailed pictures explaining the workouts clearly
• Simple and effective workouts, lasting just 20 – 25 minutes
• No cardio required in this program, author explains why his system outperforms hours of cardio
• You can get in touch with Rob Poulos himself if you get stuck
• Provides methods to do a limited workout with bodyweight alone, if you don’t have the equipment or access to a gym
Cons
• Focuses primarily on the working out with a secondary focus on proper eating. This guide is more of an exercise guide than a diet system
• The exercises presented mostly require weights to perform which you either need to have or be a member of a gym access. You can use the bodyweight exercises, but they do not cover everything in the guide
Final Verdict
Overall this is an excellent exercise program, and we recommend it as good value for the price. You have to be diligent and it requires regular effort. Missing an exercise session may not be a big deal, but mentally skipping a day can be disastrous if you don’t get back on the horse, so make sure you follow the 20 – 25 minute workouts 3 times a week. The user feedback is good and the support from the program is excellent. This ebook is worth at very least checking out.
